Geography and Sport Science, BSc (Hons)

The BSc in Geography and Sport Science is a joint honours programme that builds your understanding of physical and social processes shaping our changing planet, while enhancing expertise in sport science. Students equally divide their time between both subjects annually, with an option to explore their interconnections through a final-year dissertation.Geography modules start with foundational human and physical topics, allowing specialisation or balance in later years, supported by faculty leading research and policy. In sport science, you'll develop theoretical, critical, and practical knowledge in physiology, physical activity, health, psychology, sociology, and pedagogy, via the UK's top School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences. This equips graduates for careers in sport, health, and education, with assessments including exams, coursework, or a mix.
