Biological Sciences is a dynamic and evolving field that integrates knowledge and techniques to deepen our understanding of the human body and its environmental interactions. The BSc degree focuses on fundamental mechanisms of life and health in organisms, covering topics such as genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, human evolution, anatomy, physiology, growth, development, ageing, and research methods. Assessment combines coursework and examinations, tailored to the material—such as 25% coursework and 75% exam—or fully one or the other, including lab reports, essays, presentations, and projects.
