Fashion Photography, BA (Hons)

This course offers opportunities to explore diverse, innovative approaches to fashion image-making, fostering knowledge development and an experimental mindset to create compelling photography and film.In a vibrant, inclusive environment that encourages idea exchange and expressive freedom through photography and moving image, students gain hands-on experience via live briefs, publishing, exhibitions, educational trips, and commissions. Collaboration is promoted, with past partnerships including Mary Benson and Community Clothing. Informed by industry trends, the program features skilled practitioner-tutors and real-world briefs from brands, designers, and publications. It integrates practical projects with historical, cultural, and social analysis, utilizing professional studio equipment or loaned gear for location work. External engagements include trips to Paris, Milan, New York, and UK sites, in physical or virtual formats.
