The BA (Hons) Interior Design programme fosters a dynamic, inclusive learning environment through project-based approaches, preparing students for careers in interior design, set design, film and television, or postgraduate studies. Graduates emerge as ethical, professional practitioners equipped to enter design fields, launch businesses, or pursue further education, while addressing social and environmental responsibilities in design. The curriculum promotes curiosity, experimentation, and risk-taking via studio projects that explore diverse typologies, contexts, and spatial challenges. Students develop skills in research, iterative design, model making, drawing, visualisation, and storytelling, utilising both analogue and digital tools across 2D, 3D, and 4D. Courses in design history, theory, and collaborative learning, along with opportunities for international exchanges and partnerships, build critical practice and graduate attributes.
