Brunel's Electronic and Electrical Engineering MEng is a contemporary programme designed to provide advanced knowledge and skills for designing innovative electronic and electrical systems. Students begin with foundational topics in electronics and electrical engineering, progressing to advanced areas such as device design, analogue electronics, photonics, embedded systems, intelligent systems, and power electronics. The course includes access to state-of-the-art facilities, including computer, electronics, and power laboratories, along with industry-standard software. Accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), it meets the requirements for Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and can be completed in four years full-time or five with a placement.This degree fosters networking through events like Brunel Engineers and leverages the university's proximity to London's electronics and telecommunications hubs for strong career connections.
