About the course

Our four-year undergraduate Nursing – Dual Award course provides practical experience in two distinct fields of nursing, while fostering leadership skills through a research-informed approach, enabling registration as a nurse in both fields upon completion. This integrated MSci programme runs in conjunction with our BSc (Hons) Nursing course, allowing you to study alongside peers from various nursing fields (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Child), with specialised support to achieve Level 7 requirements in the final year. It includes placements in diverse hospital and clinical settings across the West Midlands, and is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Successful graduates can apply for dual Registered Nurse status and earn 120 Level 7 credits applicable toward a future Master's degree.
