It explores HR evolution, future trends, and uses digital technologies, immersive tools, and VR in areas like people analytics, recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance management. Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), it covers organizational dynamics, HRM strategy, and key functions including recruitment, employment law, employee relations, retention, engagement, and reward.You will develop skills through interactive workshops, real projects, field trips, and guest speakers, ensuring graduates enter the workplace with practical experience. Employability is central, with short- and long-term UK/overseas placements. An optional professional placement year after Year 2 allows a full year with an employer, supported by university networks; fees apply at 20% of full-time rate.
