Course description Our-four-year BSc Human Resources and Business Management course, with an integrated placement year, examines the role of the individual in an organisation as well as aspects of organisational structure, culture and change that will prepare you for a successful career in HR.As organisations change, grow, divide, develop and operate internationally it is key that an organisation understands its staff and culture as it is central to their performance and effectiveness. This course considers how people, processes and structures interrelate. It focuses on the crucial part played by individuals and groups in organisational processes, such as decision making, planning and managing new technology. The course enables you to develop an appreciation of the central importance of human resource strategies for organisations.
