About the course

The BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, accredited by the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT), allows graduates to register with the association. This program combines university-based learning with extensive practical placements to develop skills in delivering safe and effective care for injuries, illnesses, and diseases related to sports and musculoskeletal conditions.Students acquire hands-on experience in clinical and sports environments, including supporting local teams, clubs, and UWE's elite athletes. They collaborate with professionals such as sport rehabilitators, dietitians, strength coaches, and physiotherapists. The course includes a pitch-side first-aid qualification and enables BASRaT registration after the first year for sports massage practice. With a minimum of 400 hours of placements in elite medical teams and clinics, graduates are well-prepared for in-demand roles in sports injury clinics, health clubs, professional teams, or private practice.

A local representative of University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) in Singapore is available online to assist you with enquiries about this course.
