Art History and Visual Culture and Modern Languages, BA (Hons)

This course equips students to interpret aspects of contemporary culture, including architecture and design, as well as images, objects, and practices, to better understand past and present societies. It also provides opportunities to learn languages such as Chinese (Mandarin), French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, or Portuguese from beginner levels, with French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Russian available at advanced stages. Participants will develop high proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending their chosen languages, fostering valuable skills for future careers.
