Psychology with Sociology, BSc (Hons), with industry placement

The BSc (Hons) Psychology with Sociology is a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited programme combining comprehensive psychology training with the study of social systems and societal dynamics. It covers all BPS core areas—two-thirds of the curriculum—focusing on brain function, human cognition, emotion, behaviour, and psychology's societal impact. The remaining third explores social structures and sociological perspectives on issues like crime, gender, and poverty. Students can opt for a one-year work placement and benefit from teaching by over 150 experts in one of the UK's largest psychology departments, with access to innovative laboratories.
