Construction Management, BSc (Hons)

This course equips students for leadership roles in global building construction, with a strong focus on sustainability, technology, and management. Participants will build comprehensive knowledge and professional skills to manage complex projects, including analyzing and evaluating technical and managerial concepts related to the development, production, refurbishment, and maintenance of international construction. The curriculum explores key principles in legal, economic, financial, political, technological, environmental, sustainable, and health and safety areas.Key features include accreditation by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), providing a pathway to professional membership.
