They engage in the development of new structures and the restoration of existing ones across residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and heritage projects. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of architectural styles, building history, techniques, element evaluation, and material performance, while teaching skills in testing building aspects, advising on alternative uses, supervising remediation projects, and applying health and safety regulations.Key features include triple accreditation from RICS, CIOB, and CABE, offering a pathway to Chartered status; opportunities for live industry projects and a one-year placement; and study visits to destinations like Madrid and Berlin. The program ranks in the top 12 for Building in the UK and second globally for sustainability, with 97% of graduates employed or in further study within 15 months.
