Graphic Design, BA (Hons)

The BA (Hons) Graphic Design programme delivers a practice-based, dynamic, and idea-driven experience, enabling students to cultivate a distinctive creative practice and portfolio. Through studio workshops, briefs, and collaborative projects, participants build specialist skills across graphic design disciplines, leveraging both traditional and emerging technologies. Students access extensive university resources for projects including publication design, letterpress and screen printing, UI/UX design, creative coding, AI-enabled experimentation, motion design, signage, 3D fabrication, textile printing, and exhibition design.At its core, the course emphasises experimentation, play, and creativity, fostering hands-on confidence and adaptability. Real-world briefs and industry collaborations each year connect students with professionals, while an adaptable curriculum—shaped by designers, educators, and researchers—prepares graduates for skilled employment and resilience in the evolving creative industries.
