In this highly flexible degree, you can choose to major in a range of fascinating areas of health sciences, including human physiological sciences (Melbourne only), medical and exercise science (Bendigo only), psychological science, public health and more.

What you will learn

Develop skills to facilitate improved mental health and wellbeing in sport and broader community settings (e.g. work, education). With a focus on positive psychology (e.g. mindfulness, gratitude and hope), communication and counselling skills, and principles of effective performance, you’ll develop the skills you’ll need to promote wellbeing and performance with individuals and small groups.
