This programme equips students to create and manage systems and processes that deliver innovative, high-quality products and services as needed. At Strathclyde, Manufacturing Engineering with Management ranks in the top 10 in the UK for Manufacturing and Production Engineering (The Independent Complete University Guide 2024). Students will integrate virtual and physical design in our digital suite, develop interpersonal, presentation, management, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills, undertake industry placements, present final projects at partner conferences, and benefit from accreditations by the Institution of Engineering Designers, Institution of Engineering and Technology, and Institution of Mechanical Engineers.Career opportunities are diverse for production engineers and managers, spanning engineering and senior executive roles.
