These artforms, through language, imagery, and imagination, illuminate history and empower exploration of identity and potential.This degree allows study in two esteemed departments, guided by researchers, writers, artists, and critics. Students engage with writing and criticism across prose, poetry, and drama, while learning to perform texts. The curriculum spans literature from ancient epics to modern works and global theatre practices across pages, stages, and screens. Practical training includes work in a professional Drama Studio and involvement with the student-run Minotaur Theatre Company, plus access to Norwich's vibrant arts scene, such as Norwich Theatre and the National Centre for Writing.
