Studio Practice (Fine Art) (Top-Up), BA (Hons)

UCA's one-year BA (Hons) Studio Practice top-up degree in Fine Art enables students to integrate their ideas and creative development, fostering a robust contemporary artistic practice.Participants design and pursue an individual work plan through a Final Major Project, showcasing professional dedication, self-assessment skills, and effective idea integration. In the initial semester, students build research and practical work to produce a critical essay that outlines key themes, interests, and future directions for their project. The latter half focuses on creating a substantial body of work, culminating in a Degree Show and Portfolio that serves as the foundation for their emerging career as a professional Fine Artist.
