Geography encompasses the study of human societies and their environments, uniquely integrating human and physical elements. The BA Geography programme provides a specialized pathway that focuses on developing skills in social, arts, and humanities research, such as ethnographic investigation, discourse analysis, and archival methods. Students have the flexibility to select thematic modules across the geography curriculum, including human and physical geography, which draw on our expertise in key areas: society, power, and culture; population and society; and geosciences. To teach in state schools in England or Wales, qualified teacher status (QTS) is required. This course, however, does not award QTS.
A local representative of Queen's University Belfast in Singapore is available online to assist you with enquiries about this course.
