This BSc Healthcare Science (Audiology) programme positions you at the cutting edge of the medical field, emphasising auditory rehabilitation, cochlear implants, and balance assessments. You will develop vital skills through our advanced facilities at StoneX Stadium, in collaboration with Saracens Rugby Club, and benefit from accreditation by the National School of Healthcare Science. The course includes up to 50 weeks of clinical experience to meet NHS needs, while teaching you to apply scientific principles in patient care. You will master procedures such as pure tone audiometry and hearing aid programming, ensuring safe and effective practice in line with health guidelines.We provide comprehensive support through personal tutors, learning assistants, and graduate academic aides to aid your studies. The programme prepares you for rewarding NHS careers, addressing shortages in audiology and enabling roles in clinical and managerial settings that impact patients across all ages.
