The early years of life involve rapid brain development, establishing foundational learning and growth. High-quality early childhood education positively influences children during pre-school and early schooling periods. As an Early Childhood Education student, you will focus on the care and education of children from birth to eight years, studying educational psychology, sociology, early childhood curricula, and pedagogy, while completing 120 days of workplace learning in pre-school or school settings.Note: This programme is not accredited by the Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Graduates wishing to work locally must apply to ECDA for Teacher Registration through a preschool, with approval dependent on meeting registration requirements.
