This program allows students to examine religion from diverse perspectives, exploring its influence on societies, under the guidance of world-leading researchers in religion, global challenges, and social justice. It develops critical thinking on how academic disciplines analyze culture, society, and religion, including methods for studying beliefs and practices.Key topics include religion's roles in criminal justice, gender identity, war, communications, AI ethics, and societal responses to traumatic events. Students engage with material cultures, rituals, and practices, highlighting that religion encompasses actions and creations as much as thoughts.
