You may be able to submit an application based on your interim results even if you have not completed your current course of study. 

For example if you are a polytechnic student, you may apply using 5 of your 6 semesters' GPA grades. If you are an A level student, you may use your preliminary grades (or teacher's predicted grades) for your application.
