Do I need an Irish Student visa?

Most students do not require a study visa to study in Ireland. This includes students from Singapore, but excludes students from countries such as China, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia and India (among others) who are required to apply for a visa prior to arriving in Ireland.

In all cases, students are required to register with the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB) within 90 days of arriving in Ireland.
