Religious studies is an interdisciplinary discipline that examines religious beliefs, practices, and their connections to the broader world. Students will explore the foundational concepts, emotions, and rituals driving religious traditions, along with their roles in shaping culture and society.The program addresses both historical and contemporary elements, focusing equally on practitioners and communities as on deities and spirits. As a persistent global influence, religion is analyzed through tools that enhance understanding. Participants will investigate practices and texts, diverse expressions from popular culture to structured doctrines, individual and collective aspects, and traditions across various countries.
