Taught by boomsatsuma at Tobacco Factory in Bristol.Our exciting Filmmaking Post Production course offers a new dynamic approach to industry engaged filmmaking education. This course has been co-designed with our industry partners to teach the specific skills employers are looking for, while supporting and developing your creative identity.You’ll explore every part of the post-production process, including post-production coordination and supervision, editing, assistant editing, colour grading, soundtrack laying, ADR, foley, sound mixing and elements of visual effects. You’ll learn how to use process and software from industry professionals for individual and course work, as well as live projects for real clients. You’ll also develop a fundamental understanding of key production skills in your first year and continue to collaborate with students on the Filmmaking Production course.You’ll benefit from intense, tailored teaching that includes screenings, lectures, seminars, workshops and one-on-one mentoring sessions with both technical and academic staff. Our Films@59 and The Bottle Yard Studios partnerships mean you get valuable, ongoing work experience opportunities, guest speakers and departmental site visits.
